Welcome to Seasonal Circles with The Aaniin Collective!

Seasonal Circles is a relationship-centred program for young children and their caregivers, rooted in the natural rhythms of the year. Each Seasonal Circle is offered as a 6-week series, allowing children to experience each season in a complete and meaningful way.

 

At The Aaniin Collective, we believe childhood unfolds in cycles, much like the seasons. Growth, a core value at The Aaniin Collective, is lived, felt, revisited, and integrated over time. Families are welcome to join one season, return for another, or move through them in their own rhythm.

 

We gather on Fridays to slow down, notice, and connect. Each series offers thoughtfully prepared environments, open-ended materials, and invitations for exploration that support children’s innate curiosity, capability, and emotional wellbeing, while also holding space for caregivers to learn, reflect, and feel supported.

 

For Children

At The Aaniin Collective’s Seasonal Circles children are seen as capable learners driven by their own curiosity, experimentation and social relationships. Seasonal Circles provides them with:

• Open-ended, seasonally aligned invitations and materials

• A calm, unhurried environment to explore at their own comfort level and curiosity

• A rhythm the supports regulation, trust and belonging

 

For Caregivers

These Seasonal Circles are as much for children as they are for parents and caregivers. Each session will support you to:

• Understand developmental rhythms and sensitive periods

• Learn when to step back, and when to step in, as you nurture a confident, capable child

• Let go of pressure around milestones, performance and productivity

• Follow the energy that is surrounding you, including your own intuition, your child and the seasons

 

Seasonal Circles bridges children’s lived experiences with the values of The Aaniin Collective: respect, growth, holistic care, and connection. It is a space where childhood is honoured as it is, where caregivers are supported rather than instructed, and where learning unfolds in rhythm with the natural world. This is not a program to rush through, but rather a circle to return to, again and again, as we notice what is emerging, what is being integrated, and what each season asks of us.

 

The Aaniin Collective invites you and your children to bring your own unique light to this circle as we all find rhythm in childhood, parenthood and the seasons.

Program Cost:

$180 for one 6-week series for one child
$140 for each additional sibling
No fee for child 4 months and under if accompanying a paying sibling.
